About the "Yvon" project
Yvon is a project for the renovation of a 62 sq.m apartment in an old building in Sofia. The clients contacted us after we created their main residence to design and implement an apartment for rent. Our goal was to create a cozy home, with a contemporary look, suitable for both renting by families and for individual use. One room is finished to the floor with the possibility of changing the functionality, so that it can be used as a nursery or a second bedroom. The apartment also has a work area. The transition between the living room and dining room is a beautiful arch, preserved from the old vision of the apartment. The living room has a large bioethanol fireplace and a beautiful library.
