Mediterranean style near Balchik. You want to be there - high above the sea, in this spacious and artistic villa, created for sweet moments of relaxation and entertainment. The house near Balchik is 127 sq.m., distributed between a living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, located on two floors. The villa also has two terraces, from which a beautiful panoramic view of the sea opens. The architectural plan and interior underwent serious changes to meet the requirements of the new owners. Initially, the house had 2 bedrooms with an external staircase, a kitchen and a living room. After the renovation, the existing terrace was expanded and connected to the living room. The old living room was converted into a bedroom. The external staircase was closed and expanded, now leading to the new bedrooms and bathrooms, and one bathroom is separated on the old staircase. The villa is designed in a Mediterranean style. White prevails, enriched with details in soft tones, wood and rattan. The accent is the tiles with exotic motifs, which bring a feeling of dreamy geographical destinations. The paintings are collected from different parts of the world, where the owners travel often. The biofireplace brings a lot of comfort on autumn days.
