Budgeting
Our “budgeting” service is aimed at customers who want to buy a home and subsequently design it, but are not aware of the budget they need in order to fulfill their ideas for interior / renovation.
This service is also practical for customers who have used the services of other designers / architects or have projects that have not been implemented in time and the price offers are currently out of date.
The service can be applied as an addition to our services which do not include price offers.
What we need:
- Sketch / dimensions of the property
- Photos of the property at the start of the implementation stage
- Filled in questionnaire
What you will get:
- A budget calculator with all the planned activities and the ability to adjust, supplement and remove elements with automatic calculation of the new budget.
- A BOQ for the CIW – an exhaustive Bill of Quantities for the construction and repair activities with included materials for the site.
- Offers from partners for additional items that need to be purchased in the implementation process:
- Flooring
- Sanitary products
- Faience/terracotta/stoneware

What is NOT included:
Offer for the manufacture of design furniture – it is strictly individual and the price depends on many specific elements, specific sizes, materials, space planning, functions and mechanisms. This makes offering this furniture inadequate without pre Giving an indicative price would be pointless, as after specifying the above elements the price could be changed multiple times.
